Welcome to Drago Fund. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our evaluation process consists of specific trading objectives that must be met to qualify for a funded account. Any violation of the trading rules (such as daily drawdown limits) will result in the termination of the evaluation account.
Traders must adhere to strict risk management rules. This includes but is not limited to: maximum daily loss, maximum overall loss, and permitted trading instruments. Use of prohibited strategies (e.g., latency arbitrage) is strictly forbidden.
All evaluation fees are one-time payments. Refunds are only available if no trading activity has occurred on the account within 14 days of purchase. Once a trade is placed, the service is considered consumed.
The Drago Terminal and all associated software, content, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Drago Fund.
Drago Fund provides evaluation services for educational purposes. We do not provide financial advice, and all trading involves significant risk.
